As for seller primary sectors, the IT Services and Consulting sector lead the list with 81 transactions in 2025, followed by Vertical Applications sector with 75 acquisitions. That was followed by the ERP space which had 13% or 59 of total transactions, and Internet Content and Commerce Services sphere represented 6% or 29 of these deals.
