As for seller primary sectors, IT Services sector led the list with 76 acquisitions in 2025, equal to 22% of the total, followed by Industry-Specific Applications with 65 transactions representing 19% of transaction volumes. The ERP and Internet Content & Commerce subsectors also saw significant activity with 34 and 27 acquisitions respectively.
