High-density colocation and built-to-suit data center provider atNorth was wrapped up for $4B by a consortium involving investment management organization CPP Investments and digital infrastructure company Equinix to capture the exponential demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure, high-performance computing, and enterprise cloud workloads in Europe.  

Swedish AI startup Stilla Development was wrapped up by Meta Platforms to accelerate development of Meta Business Agent, its chatbot that facilitates transactions on its messaging ecosystem.

Finnish-based care coordination platform Buddy Healthcare was bought for $9.8M at 3.1 times revenue by EHR and workforce automation software developer Vitalhub to enter the Nordics market and strengthen its international engagement capabilities.

Swedish climate-data company Normative was acquired for $73M by carbon accounting and management solutions provider Greenly. The acquisition points to consolidation in European climate tech, where firms selling carbon-accounting tools face mounting losses and thinning capital, pushing rivals to combine rather than compete.
